# Terms of Service

*Last updated: 06.13.2026*

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Chainstreak, including our website, app, smart contract features, check-ins, Proof of Click, points, leaderboard, and related services.

By using Chainstreak, you agree to these Terms.

### 1. What Chainstreak is

Chainstreak is a Web3 platform that helps users complete daily onchain actions, deploy smart contracts, use Proof of Click, earn points, and build activity across supported EVM chains.

Chainstreak is designed to make blockchain activity simple, transparent, and easy to track.

### 2. Using Chainstreak

You may use Chainstreak only if you can legally use Web3 products in your location.

You are responsible for your own wallet, transactions, gas fees, network selection, and onchain activity.

Before using Chainstreak, make sure you understand how blockchain transactions work.

### 3. Wallet connection

To use Chainstreak, you may need to connect a Web3 wallet.

Chainstreak is non-custodial. This means we do not control your wallet, hold your funds, or manage your private keys.

You are fully responsible for keeping your wallet, seed phrase, private keys, and devices safe.

Chainstreak will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or secret recovery phrase.

### 4. Onchain transactions

Some Chainstreak actions require blockchain transactions.

This may include check-ins, smart contract deployment, Proof of Click actions, or other supported product interactions.

You must review every wallet popup before confirming a transaction. Always check the network, gas fee, contract address, and transaction details.

Once a blockchain transaction is confirmed, it usually cannot be reversed, changed, or cancelled.

### 5. Gas fees

Blockchain transactions may require gas fees.

Gas fees are paid to the selected blockchain network, not to Chainstreak, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Gas fees may change depending on network activity. Chainstreak is not responsible for high gas fees, failed transactions, delayed confirmations, or network issues.

### 6. Supported chains

Chainstreak supports multiple EVM chains, including mainnets and testnets.

Supported networks may change over time. We may add, remove, pause, or update supported chains without prior notice.

You are responsible for selecting the correct network before completing any action.

### 7. Fair use

You agree not to abuse Chainstreak.

You must not:

* use bots, scripts, or automated abuse
* manipulate points or leaderboard rankings
* create fake activity
* attack, overload, or disrupt the product
* use Chainstreak for scams, phishing, fraud, or illegal activity
* impersonate Chainstreak, team members, partners, or other users
* attempt to access systems, data, or features without permission

Chainstreak may restrict, block, remove, or filter activity that violates these Terms.

### 8. No financial advice

Chainstreak does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.

Nothing on Chainstreak should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, trade, mint, deploy, or interact with any asset, token, NFT, or blockchain network.

You are responsible for your own decisions and should do your own research before completing any Web3 action.

### 9. No guaranteed rewards

Chainstreak may include points, tasks, campaigns, leaderboard activity, or other engagement features.

These features do not guarantee airdrops, tokens, payments, NFT rewards, financial returns, or future benefits.

Any campaign rules, if available, will be shown separately through official Chainstreak channels.

### 10. User responsibility

You are responsible for:

* keeping your wallet secure
* checking official links
* reviewing transactions before signing
* using the correct network
* paying gas fees
* understanding blockchain risks
* following applicable laws
* avoiding scams and fake websites

If something looks suspicious, reject the transaction and return to the official Chainstreak website.

### 11. Public blockchain data

Blockchain activity is public by design.

Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, contract addresses, timestamps, and other onchain data may be visible on block explorers.

Chainstreak cannot delete, reverse, or change data that has already been written to a public blockchain.

### 12. Third-party services

Chainstreak may interact with third-party services such as wallets, blockchain networks, block explorers, RPC providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, and social platforms.

These services are not controlled by Chainstreak. We are not responsible for third-party websites, wallets, networks, delays, failures, errors, fees, security issues, or data practices.

You should review third-party terms and privacy policies before using them.

### 13. Product changes

Chainstreak may update, pause, modify, or remove features at any time.

This may include supported chains, check-in rules, points, leaderboard rules, Proof of Click actions, smart contract deployment options, referrals, or other product features.

We may make changes to improve performance, security, fairness, or user experience.

### 14. Availability

Chainstreak aims to provide a stable product, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The product may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, blockchain network problems, RPC failures, third-party service issues, attacks, or other events outside our control.

### 15. Security

Chainstreak works to keep the product safe and reliable.

However, no online or blockchain product can be completely risk-free. Users should always follow wallet safety practices, use official links, and review every transaction before signing.

You are responsible for protecting your wallet and private information.

### 16. Intellectual property

Chainstreak, including its name, design, branding, website, interface, content, and product features, belongs to Chainstreak or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, misuse, or impersonate Chainstreak branding without permission.

### 17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Chainstreak is not responsible for losses, damages, failed transactions, gas fees, wallet issues, third-party failures, network errors, lost private keys, phishing attacks, scams, market changes, or user mistakes.

You use Chainstreak at your own risk.

### 18. Indemnity

You agree to protect Chainstreak from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses that result from your use of the product, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of Chainstreak, or your violation of laws or third-party rights.

### 19. Termination

Chainstreak may restrict, suspend, or block access to the product if we believe a user violates these Terms, abuses the system, creates fake activity, threatens security, or uses the product in a harmful or illegal way.

### 20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make changes, we may update the date at the top of this page or share notice through official Chainstreak channels.

Your continued use of Chainstreak after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

### 21. Contact us

If you have questions about these Terms, contact us through our official channels.
