# Privacy Policy

*Last updated: 06.13.2026*

This Privacy Policy explains how Chainstreak collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website, app, and related services.

Chainstreak is designed to collect only the data needed to operate the product, process onchain actions, and improve user experience.

### 1. Who we are

Chainstreak is a Web3 platform that helps users complete daily onchain actions, deploy smart contracts, use Proof of Click, earn points, and build activity across supported EVM chains.

For privacy-related questions, you can contact us through our official channels.

### 2. What information we collect

Chainstreak collects only limited information needed for the product to work.

This includes:

* wallet address
* connected network
* transaction hashes
* technical data such as browser type, device type, IP address, and basic usage data

Chainstreak does not ask for your seed phrase, private key, or secret recovery phrase.

### 3. Wallet address

When you connect your wallet, Chainstreak can see your public wallet address.

Your wallet address is used to show your activity, connect your actions to your profile, calculate points, update leaderboard rankings, and display your Chainstreak progress.

A wallet address is public blockchain data and may be visible on blockchain explorers.

### 4. Connected network

Chainstreak processes the network you select or connect to.

This is needed to complete check-ins, deploy smart contracts, use Proof of Click, and make sure actions are performed on the correct supported EVM chain.

Always check the selected network before confirming any transaction in your wallet.

### 5. Transaction hashes

When you complete an onchain action, Chainstreak may process the transaction hash connected to that action.

A transaction hash helps confirm that an action was completed onchain. It may be used to update your check-in status, points, leaderboard position, deployment history, or Proof of Click activity.

Transaction hashes are public blockchain data and may be visible on blockchain explorers.

### 6. Technical data

Chainstreak may collect basic technical data such as browser type, device type, IP address, and general usage data.

This information helps us keep the product stable, improve performance, prevent abuse, fix technical issues, and protect the platform.

We do not use this data to access your wallet or control your assets.

### 7. What we do not collect

Chainstreak does not collect:

* seed phrases
* private keys
* secret recovery phrases
* wallet passwords
* payment card information
* legal documents
* home addresses
* sensitive personal information
* private messages
* personal files
* unnecessary profile data

Chainstreak is non-custodial. You stay in control of your wallet at all times.

### 8. How we use information

Chainstreak uses collected information to:

* connect your wallet
* show your activity
* process check-ins
* support smart contract deployment
* verify Proof of Click actions
* calculate points
* update leaderboard rankings
* prevent abuse
* improve product stability
* fix bugs and technical issues
* protect the platform

We only use information that is necessary for Chainstreak to work properly.

### 9. Onchain data

Some Chainstreak actions create blockchain transactions.

Blockchain transactions are public and may include wallet addresses, transaction hashes, contract addresses, timestamps, network data, and other onchain records.

Because public blockchains are decentralized and immutable, Chainstreak cannot delete or change data that has already been written onchain.

### 10. How we share information

Chainstreak does not sell your personal information.

We may use infrastructure providers or technical service providers to operate the website, process product activity, maintain performance, prevent abuse, or protect the platform.

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Chainstreak, users, or the public.

### 11. Third-party services

Chainstreak may interact with third-party services such as wallets, blockchain networks, block explorers, RPC providers, hosting providers, and security tools.

These third-party services have their own privacy policies and data practices. Chainstreak does not control how third parties process information.

You should review the privacy policy of any third-party service you use.

### 12. Data retention

Chainstreak keeps information only as long as needed to operate the product, maintain activity records, prevent abuse, improve stability, and comply with legal obligations.

Onchain data cannot be deleted by Chainstreak because it is stored on public blockchain networks.

### 13. Data security

Chainstreak uses reasonable security measures to protect the information we process.

The platform is designed as a non-custodial Web3 product. Users keep control of their wallets and manually confirm blockchain actions.

No online service can guarantee complete security, but Chainstreak works to reduce risk through verified smart contracts, audited contracts, secure infrastructure, and careful product design.

### 14. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

* request access to your personal information
* request correction of inaccurate information
* request deletion of certain information
* object to certain processing
* restrict certain processing
* request a copy of your data
* withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To make a privacy request, contact us through the official Chainstreak channels.

Please note that Chainstreak cannot delete or change data already recorded on public blockchain networks.

### 15. Public blockchain notice

Web3 activity is different from traditional web activity.

When you sign a transaction, deploy a contract, complete an onchain check-in, or use blockchain-based features, parts of that activity may become public and permanent.

Before confirming any transaction, review the wallet popup, selected network, gas fee, and transaction details.

### 16. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make important changes, we may update the date at the top of this page or provide additional notice through official Chainstreak channels.

Your continued use of Chainstreak after updates means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.

### 17. Contact us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how Chainstreak handles data, contact us through our official channels.
